Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is our crystal of the month. This gentle pink stone has many uses but in general it is a loving and healing crytal. If you need to bring more love into your life, carry a rose quartz with you.

A known Feng Shui cure is to place two rose quartz in the relationship corner of your home over an affirmation card that may read: I am in a loving, mutually respectful, passionate relationship filled with comittment, shared goals, and happy times. Or simply “All my relationships are loving, healthy, and happy.” The relationship corner of your home is the farthest right hand corner from you when you’re standing with your back to the inside of the front door.

You can also place a tumbled rose quartz in each of the four corners of your bed to anchor your sleep in loving energy. A rose quartz placed outside your front door ensures that only loving, positive people enter your home.

A rose quartz lamp emits loving energy into the room and calms emotions.

You can meditate with a rose quartz placed over your heart chakra to heal from any sadness or to help manifest a loving relationship. Remember, “what we think about, we bring about” so if you envision yourself in a loving relationship, the rose quartz will help you emit a more positive energy so you can then attract positive and loving people into your life.

Rose quartz is one of the best stones for the heart chakra which is often called the bridge chakra as it connects our physical energy centers (root, sacral and solar plexus) with our spiritual chakras (throat, third eye and crown). If this center is blocked, it becomes difficult for us to further ourselves on the spiritual path. Help keep this center open and healthy with rose quartz!
